ROBBY ZBIB
The Rental Trap
I started building websites for local business owners after watching a close friend pay $75 every month to a booking app. He ran a two-bay auto detailing shop. He owned his tools, his compressors, and his client list, but he rented his own schedule. The moment he questioned the fee, they reminded him that his client data lived on their servers.
That pattern repeats across every town. Barbers pay monthly for seat reservations. Restaurants pay monthly for digital menus. Plumbers pay for lead forms that fail on mobile. Software companies convinced service trades that a website is an endless utility bill. It is not. A website is a digital front door. You should build it once, pay for the work, and own the keys.
Direct, Focused Execution
I work alone. When you hire me, you do not talk to an account manager, an offshore contractor, or a support ticket bot. You talk to the person writing your markup, crafting your layout, and optimizing your speed.
Every project receives dedicated, undivided engineering focus. There are no competing corporate priorities or layers of bureaucracy. We map out what you need, agree on a flat price, build the site, and launch it without friction.
IF YOUR WEBSITE DISAPPEARS THE DAY YOU STOP PAYING A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION, YOU NEVER ACTUALLY OWNED YOUR BUSINESS FRONT DOOR.
True Handover
When the build is finished, I do not hold your website hostage. The code repository is transferred to your personal GitHub account. The hosting instance is deployed directly inside your own Netlify account, running on their free edge network. Your domain points to your own infrastructure.
You receive plain-English documentation explaining how every part works. If you want to update photos or adjust service pricing yourself, you can. If you want to hire another developer down the road, any competent engineer can read the clean code in ten minutes. I am always around if you need updates, but my phone number is an option, not a requirement.
READY TO ESCAPE THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION?
Let's build a high-speed website you actually own. No platform rent, no locked doors.
